Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be extended during:
- New releases or high-demand periods
- Holidays or weekends
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or similar providers) to deliver your order.
Carrier selection may vary depending on location and logistics.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Atlantic Dominion is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, Atlantic Dominion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

International Shipping
