Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Free of damage, stains, odors, or alterations
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
Refunds
At this time, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
This allows us to maintain product quality, reduce waste, and operate efficiently while continuing to deliver well-crafted pieces.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@theatlanticdominion.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How to Initiate an Exchange

Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to exchange
- The desired replacement (e.g., size)
If your exchange is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items not in original condition
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Additional Notes
- We recommend reviewing sizing information carefully before placing your order
- Atlantic Dominion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
- International customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable duties or fees
